My Name is Mauro Domenico Schiavo. I was born in Miami, Florida. To this day I still reside in South Florida. I have lived here my entire life. I'm the son of Immigrant Italian-Venezuelan Parents.  At the time that I am writing this (September 2021), I am 28 years old. At the moment, I partially own a condo in sunny south Florida.. I currently have a mobile personal training business and a life coaching practice, that's how I sustain myself financially. I have been doing personal training for over 10 years and private martial arts and self defense instruction. As of 3 years ago, I am also a Certified Professional Life and Career Coach (before that I had been Life Coaching informally with my personal training clients). Right now, Some of you may be saying in your minds: What the heck does HE know about life? He's just 28. That ladies and gentleman, was my first major hurdle. My major self-limiting belief. I am just too young. I am just too inexperienced in this game called life. But I Knew that I wanted to serve people. I knew that I wanted to serve people powerfully and bring their dreams into reality. So I had to overcome this belief when I first started coaching professionally. I do so by offering coaching to people close to or over twice my age, again and again. And I continue to do so today. I am happy to say that the vast majority of my clients receive results and accomplish more  than what they originally thought was possible.

Over the years I have worked on several projects: outdoor bootcamps,  being a partial owner of a board game company, a goal tracking mobile app, motivational speaking and workshops for individuals and small businesses, a few different youtube channels, etc. Some of these projects were financially successful and some were flops. However each project taught me many valuable lessons and ultimately culminated into the creation of the Academy. I should note that some of these projects are still ongoing today. 

Outside of my professional life: I love JRPG’s. I have been a huge fan of many Final Fantasy games since my childhood. I would have to say that Final Fantasy 3 would be my favorite one. I also love Kingdom Hearts. I play Final Fantasy 14 online. I am the FC leader of DofL (Defenders of Light) on the Brynhildr server. I have been practicing martial arts since the age of 15. I am currently focusing on Krav Maga and Kickboxing. I am an avid hiker, I love nature. I have hiked in Colorado, Washington State, Tennessee, North and South Carolina and Oklahoma. 

I love Disney so very much. Lol.  And their movies. My favorite movie is Aladdin.
